Women Lead Change Announces 2022 Board of Directors

WOMEN LEAD CHANGE ANNOUNCES 2022 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Women Lead Change Board of Directors has approved four new members to begin their three-year terms in 2022. New members include Stephanie Azzi, Brianne Cummins, Jennifer Petersen, and Deidre Williams. 

Azzi is a Senior Project Manager in Mission Systems Operations Cost and Strategy at Collins Aerospace. She is a graduate of the WLC Elevate Program and a member of the ICR Conference Steering Committee.

Cummins is the Director of Sales & Marketing at UFG Insurance where she is the business owner of all sales and marketing efforts for a new online division focused on small commercial business transacted online by authorized agents.

Petersen is the Vice President of Members and Brand at The HON Company. She leads a team of 40 members, including human resources, learning and development, brand and digital marketing.

Williams is the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at EMC Insurance Companies. She serves as a Corporate Officer with responsibility for EMC Insurance Company's enterprise wide learning and development initiatives. She is a member of the Central Iowa Conference Steering Committee.

The 2022 Board of Directors Executive Committee includes: Chair Stacie Osako (Informatics, Inc.), Vice Chair Mark Polking (Transamerica), Treasurer Anna Milbach (U.S. Bank), Secretary Meryn Fluker (Transamerica), and Past Chair Jenn Bleil (MediRevv).

Completing their terms were Chris Harkey, Peg Hudson, Renee Montz, Scott Swenson, and Michelle Vande Loo.
