GIRLS WITH GOALS EVENT FEATURES ERICA SUTER
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Women Lead Change believes that girls with goals become women of achievement, so with that spirit in mind, has announced a new event focusing on middle school and high school female student-athletes. Registration for the event on June 14 with Coach Erica Suter at Ashton Hill Farm is open here. Ticket sales close June 10. This event encourages young girls to step into their power and take charge of their mental and physical health so they can excel at all they do.
Individual tickets are $40/person and include a copy of The Strong Female Athlete by Erica Suter. We encourage athlete’s parents or mentors to also attend this event with their athlete.
Erica is a passionate Youth Speed, Agility, Strength and Conditioning Coach who has been working with athletes for over ten years in performance enhancement and injury prevention. Her book is a science and experience-based text with a fresh, novel approach for young female athletes to improve speed, reduce injury, and increase strength. Her mission is to help female athletes become strong, resilient, and creative through exercise, while inspiring them to love movement and sports – to not see these as obligations, but rather, enjoyable escapes from the stressors of life.
