ELEVATE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FROM WOMEN LEAD CHANGE
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Applications for the 2022 Elevate Leadership Program from Women Lead Change are due Tuesday, May 31, 2022. This women’s development program is designed for current and emerging leaders to gain leadership insight, skills and experiences that they can apply to their leadership journey. The six-month program includes monthly learning sessions, one-on-one mental fitness coaching, peer-to-peer networking, and a capstone project to research and present to a panel of local leaders. Cohorts are limited to four (4) per company, and the class is limited to 25 total participants.
Elevate is designed for emerging leaders. These are women in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City region that you expect to see in leadership roles in the near future. Women very new (1-3 months) to leadership roles may also be considered. To be eligible, candidates must be endorsed by their organizations and approved for participation by their direct leaders/supervisors. All applicants should be able to meet the commitment expectations of the program. Investment is $2,500/person.
