2022 WOMEN LEAD CHANGE ELEVATE CLASS ANNOUNCED
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Women Lead Change has announced a class of 25 for the 2022 Elevate Leadership Program. This six-month program (July-Dec. 2022) is designed to support current and emerging female leaders in gaining leadership insight, skills and experiences that they can apply personally and professionally.

Orientation and the first learning session takes place in July with half-day learning sessions taking place each month. Learning session topics include Listening and Connecting, Boundaries in the Workplace, Fierce Conversations, and Tools for Success in the Workplace. In addition, the class will be split into teams and complete a capstone project to present to a panel of local leaders.
