2021 WOMEN LEAD CHANGE ELEVATE CLASS ANNOUNCED
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Women Lead Change has announced a class of 27 for the 2021 Elevate Leadership Program. This six-month program (June-Dec. 2021) is designed to support current and emerging female leaders in gaining leadership insight, skills and experiences that they can apply personally and professionally.

Virtual orientation is scheduled this week, then participants will attend half-day learning sessions each month. Learning session topics include Fierce Conversations, Presentation Skills, in person and virtually, Boundaries, Work-Life Integration, and Career Mapping. In addition, the class will be split into teams and complete a capstone project to present to a panel of local leaders.
