Women Connect is a community of company leaders dedicated to improving women’s leadership competencies. WC connects women through networking, mentoring and professional development. Women Connect engages women by leveraging resources, sharing best practices, solutions and providing opportunities and events.

Regional Women Connect groups engage women in senior leadership through sharing best practices, connecting people and providing professional development opportunities for their respective organizations.

Based on the Chamber model, companies pay an annual fee to join. The groups hold monthly member meetings and quarterly workshops, some reserved for members only and others open to the public.
