Leaders Who Lunch

Leaders Who Lunch is a mentoring program that pairs young students with Cedar Rapids-area professional women for a conversation about goals, conflict management, teamwork, and other topics over lunch. F&M Bank partners with Kenwood Leadership Academy and Women Lead Change to facilitate these lunches.
